They do tend to bend easily as well so having wider heads or wearing over hats can cause them to break quicker. Great for use in the gym

Too bulky and not as comfortable as the Bose

I have a Bose qc35 II which is far more comfortable. The sound level on the beats is better that the Bose but can’t wear it for extended periods.

Over the Ear and Over the Head Connection

The overhead connector broke away from the right over the ear cup. Awww, love Beats and wanted to give a 5, but the fragile connector to the over the ear cup broke.

Great, until they weren't

Now, they have cracked terribly above the right earpiece, and Apple will not do anything to fix them. This is common and an accepted manufacturer defect, according to Apple forums, and Apple is being a PAIN to do ANYTHING about them. I wish they would be helpful, or best buy, due to this being a common issue (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251263782?answerId=252434197022#252434197022) For notes, these are used by ONE adult only, stored in the carrying case they came in, in a desk drawer. They were very well taken care of. However, the sound quality has been AMAZING and I love them for that reason.

Also, for the money, the headphones feel a little cheap.

The sound quality is amazing and also the noise cancellation works great, especially if you are a subway commuter like myself. Only down side is that this product is very fragile.
