Average headphones, nothing special

Best Buy said Apple won't renew the coverage any longer on their products. Secondly, it's been a month and my daughter is already having problems with it. We can't turn it in for a replacement. My daughters both liked the product. They will purchase another brand.

He uses them daily and has gone through 3 pairs because one of the ear pieces will short out. Fortunately we got the protection plan each time because it has made the product well worth the hassle.
