I bought the BEBIRD Wireless Visual Ear Cleaner because I was curious to see what was inside my ears. Sometimes they itch and I didn't know if this was from soap, shampoo or whatever. I have never used one of these before, so I was hoping it wouldn't be a pain to set up. Thankfully, it wasn't. The set up was simple and the app connected easily to the device. The camera quality was good and the light was bright enough to see clearly. The case that held the accessories is also the charging station that the device sits in. You have to spin it to open it. The accessories themselves were nice and varied, and they fit well on the device. Just spin the tip of the device where the accessory sits, and it separates so you can add a new tip for the scope. They were easy to clean and sanitize after each use. Once I got used to the device, I found it very easy to use. I could see in my ears and gently clean them with the tools. It felt satisfying and comfortable, and I started looking forward to using it. The best thing about it is, I no longer have to wonder about what's going on inside of my ears when they itch. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to take care of their ear hygiene in a fun and safe way. The app even allows you to take pictures and video which I also thought was cool!

The camera is amazing, i do have another ear removal tool from a different brand and I will say that this camera is 10x's better now the ear cleaner tools can be a lot better, they are very soft and don't grip the earwax very well. I would have to swipe the ear canal a couple times just get the earwax loose. This would be perfect for someone that has soft earwax or wax is minimal in the canal. I also used it on my 7 year old and he was very comfortable and he said it didn't hurt. I would most definitely recommend this tool for a child just due to the ear tools being so soft.

Quite a good quality of video. This is definitely a very cool item! Great for visualizing into your ears. I needed to clear some wax that was impacted in my ears and I can now see that I did get it cleared from my ears. I will also say guiding the camera into your ear and watching at the same time to see where you’re going takes a lot of concentration and coordination It’s easier said than done. That all being said, I found this to be very useful to check my progress with removing the impacted debris in my ear.

It works good easy to use kids love it I love it and. Camera gets a little foggy after a while when using it.

The product is great. My kids love to watch the phone while their mom cleans my ears and say “ ewww daddy you have a lot of earwax” LOL. Honestly we all get a kick out of it and it’s fascinating for them. Come with multiple attachments which is awesome

This thing sucks at connecting to the wifi, and without it, the device is literally unusable. I am following the instructions to the letter and it will not work.

This will be helpful to see in my ear! It is very complicated to connect to site through my wireless router! Very Frustrating but will continue to try

Nifty gadget. It’s not something a kid could use, but it’s perfect for an adult to look into the eardrum via your phone and you can see clearly the inside of your ear. The camera is inside the tool and I watched my husband as he used it. He was able to hold his phone in one hand and navigate the tool with his other hand. And, I got into watching. It was very cool to see what’s inside his ear. What you view on the phone is magnified and your like ewe, when you look at the tool it’s not that much. The tools work and cleaned his ears. My husband jokingly said he heard better. Another bonus, there are a few tools for different family members. I used it quickly and my son used it last night. He wants his own snd liked how he was able to see the wax and know he got it all of it out. I definitely can say this gadget does what it advertised and worked. I say buy it.

A handy gadget for maintaining ear hygiene. Easy to use and the magnetic charging base keeps everything organized, but the price might be a bit steep for some. Overall, it's a convenient tool for those who prioritize ear care.

I got this because I keep having a tickle way inside my ear. This little beauty allowed me to see that I have a thick hair laying free floating across my eardrum. I'm glad to know I'm not crazy and that there is an actual reason for the maddening tickle in the middle of my head. I gave this only 4 stars, because I can't use it to get the hair out. To get it in far enough past my peachfuzz ear hair, I have to take off the tool and just use the camera. When I put the tool back on, I can't get the camera past the peachfuzz to watch what I am doing without poking my eardrum. Ouchie. My ears are wax free, but for those with buildup, I can see this being life changing.

The cleaner has some wonderful features, and some to make you look elsewhere. The best feature is that the video is very high quality, allowing me mainly to see the amount of waste being collected. I am not yet an expert at navigating, but can see where wax is located. The closeup is so intense, a lot of time i go past the wax, then back up to scrape, and get most of it. I usually collect quite a bit, and then wipe it on a flannel cloth. On the negative side, the tips have a weak connection, so they break off quickly. If you support it correctly, mainly when wiping the wax on cloth or tissue, then you can make it last longer. But within a week of use, a tip will break. BeBird did throw in an extra bag of tips for this reason. To remedy this, I ordered 2022 release tips, which look a lot more solid. They were listed as fitting the M-9, but the outside diameter of the female mount is the same diameter as the male screw-in, so it does not fit. The adapter needs to be bigger. On top of that, it took over a month to get the tips. I got an initial email verifying the purchase, but nothing after that until I emailed BeBird. Then, I received a VERY curt response telling me the tip would arrive. A week later (three weeks waiting at this point), I got an email with one set of numbers, which looked like a tracking number. Nothing else, including an explanation or even a name. I could not find a service that used that setup of characters, so it was useless. The useless tips arrived about two weeks later (five weeks waiting), and then another email with the one-word 'tracking' number. Also, the replacement tips came directly from an Asian country, without a word of English on the package. Not critical, but that tells you their marketing is not at all catered to English speakers. This extremely poor communication, along with a poor tip design, have me looking at alternatives to BeBird. Sad, because I do like the concept behind these cleaners.

Good but it’s getting hot fast with poor battery. It’s convenient when the camera attaches to the tips so I can be able to use it. Alot of people afraid to give this product a try because they scare to damage their eardrums but that’s the point the have the camera attached to it so you can see what you are doing. Give it a try, you will like it. The downside is that the tips holder surface is too slippery so it hard to open sometimes

Before anything PLEASE BE GENTLE!! With both the pen and your ears! It's tempting to go in and dig out all that you can see but don't. I'm under 30 and I'm already having wax issues in both of my ears. I had to get them drained at the doctor cause I wasn't able to hear in one. Ever since this, that hasn't been an issue. All the professionals always say to visit them and not do this yourself but get this: I can't afford that. If I went to the doctor every time I got a buildup of wax in my ear I'd be there every couple of months. Who is that convenient for? The camera isn't perfect quality, but as long as you trek slowly and steadily you should be able to see all that you need to. The heads are delicate and easily breakable; that being said you shouldn't be putting enough pressure to break them. Also disinfect/clean the tips whenever you can. They gather muck quite easily.

Great little gadget to clean ear. Very easy tool to use and multiple tips to adjust to your ear size. Camera is useful to see the inside.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t have high expectations for this product, but it actually works very well! Clear video and lighting makes cleaning easy. The app’s a bit finicky, but other than that it’s great.

Product works ok, you have to use WiFi thru the product so it will disconnect you from your regular WiFi. The little camera helps make it easy to navigate.

While the device is a bit weird to get to use (connecting to wifi), it does a good job of helping you see what you can't see otherwise and helps you get rid of waxy buildup.

Was super curious as to why my ears felt like they were dirty and wanted to get to the bottom of things, ends up I’m getting old and now have hair in my ears. Lol! Love seeing everything that’s going on in my ears and there’s a pore cleaning mode as well! And all the comments about not being able to pair with there phones, I paired it to my iPhone 12 Pro with no issues!
