This pillow is great! It definitely has a break in period. Mine lasted four days. I’d start off with it, wake up a few hours later and swap back to my old pillow. Eventually I could sleep all night with it. Don’t give up on it especially with that price point. (Buy it on sale) The cooling could be better but still less suffocating than a normal pillow. Happy sleeping.

I bought the Frost King 3.0 when it was on sale, and even discounted it is one of the worst and most overpriced junk pillows I've ever used. To keep it short, buy this pillow if you enjoy wasting money and want a pillow that insures you wake up with a sweaty and sore neck and a headache each morning. The biggest selling point, the temperature regulating and it remaining cool, is where the pillow fails the most. The pillow is cool to the touch, and remains cool for the first minute or two of use. Then it captures heat worse than just about any other pillow I've used. I've had $10 pillows from Big Lots do a better job of staying cool. Neither side is very firm for long, within a week of use it had already flattened out a bit and settled to be a pretty flat pillow overall. I can't tell any sort of a difference between the two sides, even though they claim one is more supportive and the other more plush, they're both identical and suck equally. Gave it a good chance, used it for a few weeks hoping I'd adjust and things only got worse. They make a lot of promises and boasts about this pillow, and manage to meet absolutely none of them. This is all of the quality of a five dollar pillow with an insane price tag.

Easy to order, delivery came on time and in great condition. My Husband and I both love the new pillows, and they are very "cooling" while sleeping. Glad we made the purchase and decided on a premium product.
