NICE and practical

Not water proof
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this because I bought a brand new mattress, and unfortuantely my dog gets sick in the middle of the night occassionally. Last night I woke up to him trowing up, he only expelled maybe 1/2 a cup of vomit, I immediately removed him from the bed and took the protector off of the mattress, to my surprise the protector did absolutely nothing to protect the mattress from the liquid.
