The packaging was not sealed in any way which is unusual. The tag on the pillow was also all crumpled and ugly looking like it's been around. I am very skeptical and do not believe I was shipped a brand new pillow....

Perfect Pillow

This pillow gives me the support I need. It's firm but soft and allows me to get a good night's rest without waking up with an achy neck.
