This machine has been a disappointing purchase. It does not seal properly, and it requires manual pressure just to achieve a partial seal. What is even more concerning is that Best Buy carries this third-party product, which ultimately reflects poorly on the store.
Best Buy should strongly consider removing this item from its shelves and do a better job informing customers that third-party products like this are not covered under the Total Tech/Total Plus Protection Plan. I am very dissatisfied with the product itself and even more disappointed that Best Buy would offer something of this quality online.
