A fun item for fans of the flick. The back cover art feels a little....strange? Underwhelming? And the art is a little pixelated, which seems strange too. The lack of many bonus features and a digital copy is disappointing, but for fans of physical copies, it's a great buy.

I almost forgot how good this was. Given how old this blu ray version is it should be about 5.99 rather than 8.99. Still worth it.

This a movie is a classic that never gets old for me. Michael Keaton as Beetlejuice is great. I recommend people watch it.

It is hard to believe that it has been over 30 years since the first time that I watched Beetlejuice in the movie theatre.

Tim Burton’s first big hit with the supernatural. In New England, a recently deceased, young, married couple haunt their own home and fail at driving out the new and obnoxious owners. (The new owners transplant from New York City.). In desperation they turn to the afterlife’s professional and thoroughly sleazy haunting specialist, Beetlejuice. 1980’s name talents at every major role including Alec Baldwin, Geena Davis, Michael Keaton, and a young Winona Ryder. Music by Danny Elfman. (A foreshadowing of their later cooperation on “ The Nightmare Before Christmas.”). Elfman’s use of Harry Belafonte recordings well fits the movie’s tone. In addition, special effects are delightful and hold up very well compared to what Industrial Light and Magic has accustomed us to. I particularly liked the young couple’s final attempt at scaring away the unwanted new people. The sandworms are also very good. By the way, this is a comedy.

What a great steelbook and classic movie. I was really happy to have been able to add this one to my collection.

Great looking steel for an '80s classic. The movie looks amazing as well. Must have for any Beetlejuice fan.
