Heavy duty

Nothing especially sexy going on here, it's a charging cord and plug with USB connection and iPhone/iPod connector at the other end. But compared to the flimsy, self-destructing version you will get from Apple, it's the bee's knnes. Robust, heavy duty cord and connectors, with a wall plug that has rotating and "flippable" tines to make it easier to stash away. Not as light and tote-able as the flimsy OEM from Apple, but it will last and last. Good stuff.

This was for my wife's IPOD She was very happy with this charger because now she can charge her IPOD without using the computer.

Horrible sync cable

I chose this charger because it had a 4 foot sync cable (a bit longer than most others). I really regret my choice. The sync cable is so heavy and stiff that it constantly pulls my ipod touch off the table onto the floor. It's so stiff that if you pick up the ipod and try to use it while it's charging, the stiff cable will wrench the connector loose from the ipod. It's awful. Pick something else. I'd give it zero stars if that was allowed....

These are cheap!

This item broke within 2 weeks..a piece of plastic on the part that plugs into the Ipad broke off exposing copper wrapping.No reason for it to break either.Might try sending it back but do not want another one of this manufacturer.
