Feels great to get rid of charging cables! So far it works better than an off brand I tried previously and got frustrated with. Make sure you position your device properly over the charger. Even if it shows charging initially, double check the indicator a few minutes later to make sure it’s correct or it may be just far enough away from the coil not to charge. Several times I’ve woken up to an uncharged phone.

this charger works as long as you place it perfectly in the right spot. if not it wont charge. I also noticed that for some reason it will charge for awhile then just quit before its done. Im thinking about returning it. next buy I will spend the extra money and get a better one.

First things first this pad is great, if you have a case or even no case on your phone it’s easy to hit that sweet spot on the charging station. My biggest concern when getting this was whether or not it would work with my otterbox and it does. The total thickness of my phone case is 3.5mm (yes I measured it) and it still manages to charge my phone, not as quickly as a cable but its still reasonably quick.

It's great to be able to charge two devices at once. It does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Overall I can’t recommend. The charger can work, but it’s too hard to get alignment. Further, I’ve had multiple instances where I had alignment and charging (indicator light is white) but wake up to an uncharged phone and the light indicator being orange (not charging). For reference, I’m using an iPhone XS, and an iPhone 8. Both have cases on them, but nothing huge. My other wireless charger (single pad Anker) does not have these alignment issues. If you don’t have a case, or possibly a different phone, this may work for you. Air pods do seem to work well with this. I personally will be returning this product. It’s not worth the pain, even at the sale price of $30.

Love the fact that I can charge my personal phone and my work phone at the same time.

There are just a few points that I can't get past with this charger: 1. It makes noise. I'm not sure if it is supposed to make a whirring noise while charging (this is my first wireless charger), but I don't like that it does. 2. It doesn't maintain connection on the phone with case on. We have two phones, one with case and one without. The naked phone does fine, but the phone in the case will be aligned properly and charging, but lose the connection after some time. It hasn't been bumped or moved, but we return to an orange light. Airpods have been just fine. As others have noted, the wall wart is huge and isn't usb-C, but that isn't a big deal for us.

Stylish and compact. Only issue we have come across is that sometimes you will put a device on the pad and the light will come on, you walk away and the light goes back off and you aren't charging. Like many wireless chargers device placement on the pad is important so it's not a problem that only effects this product.
