My only difficulty was in receiving it. It took wayyyyy to long (a bit over a month) to get it with only the initial communication from Best Buy about it's status. Hopefully, this was simply one of those missed opportunities for better customer service. We'll see. My purchase date, in case this doesn't display properly, was 12/08/20. I received it on 01/15/21. I'd recommend the item, but probably would purchase from another location.
