It is taking close to 40mins to charge from 0%-2% and instead of charging the device is getting hot on the back side. I dont have anything in between the charger and myphone apart from magsafe case but still having difficulty in charging the phone.

Does its job, but not worth the extra money

I proceeded to spend the extra money for this one only to find out it charges maybe even slower than the non usb-c one. This wireless charger also had issues with how close you had to have your phone to the center

Don't Buy This One

Says it protects overheating but, phone is hot nearly all the time after being on the charger. "Sweet spot" for optimal charging is very difficult to locate and more than half the time my phone is on the charging pad, it is not getting a charge. Less expensive ones work much better. Will be returning it.

Over-heats my iPhone battery!

Belkin sent me a replacement, and right away I noticed the same over-heating issue. Now my battery is only at 85% capacity. I'll never buy another one.

For one, it will charge even through a phone case but it takes over 2 and a half hours without case and over 3 with case. Granted i am charging from anywhere around 20% - 40% but to take that long and it be advertised as fast charging is beyond what im used to from my prior experiences using fast chargers. We talking a fast caharger maybe taking 2 hrs from zero power. I even changed the plug using a fast charging rated plug and wire that I've had success with and it made no difference. To boot it leaves your phone rather hot after so long on the station. All in all not worth it for $30 plus.
