The behavior of the charging pas is far from expected. It is designed to deliver fast and wireless charging power of up to 15W. If using a phone case, make sure not to exceed the 3mm thickness, or try using another compatible phone for isolation. Very slow charge

I seen this wireless, WOW! Right out the box plugged in..just set the phone ontop. Started charging instantly! 35% to 85% charge in 7-8 minutes. Great product!

It seemed like the contacts were not connecting or something. I just plug in the Belkin charger and sit my phone on it and it charges. I would recommend it to anyone in a similar situation.

One time my phone died in the middle of the night & the alarm clock did not ring for work in the morning!! Perhaps, that’s why it was sale
