Unit had already been unboxed and didnt work (probably why it was returned before). Store didn't have anymore when it was returned. Overall a disappointingly expensive experience with BestBuy

I used it less than 3 months before it just died. Very pricey for a no-impact item that lasts only a couple months. VERY disappointed.

- Remove the case of your phone (if there's any)
- Charge another compatible phone (iPhone 12 series/iPhone 13 series)
- Plug the charger into a different power outlet
- Power cycle your phone
- Ensure that your phone and AirPods are properly placed into the charger

Doesn’t work with a phone case!

Slides right off the magnet. I have a MagSafe approved case too. Don’t want to have to take the case off every time I need to charge the phone.

The only issue I have is the apple watch Series 7 doesnt hold well. It swivels right to left and its turned and doesnt look like the pictures. Maybe thats just because of the white platic plate or the magnets idk.
