If the phone vibrates for any period of time, it does move off the mat, it if you’re charging overnight, just enable do not disturb. Problem solved and more sleep for you! Other chargers have this same issue.

I put my phone on to charge and it flashes red all the time letting me know it’s not charging on occasion it will charge. Also, I have a Mophie case that doesn’t work well with it either. And it’s not a fast charge.

The Belkin F7U014 effectively charges your phone through cases up to 3mm thick. Even though we have another model that is solely designed for the iPhone 8, iPhone 8+, and iPhone X devices, the unit you have should function accordingly as long as the device is Qi compatible. Slow charging

When I check the percent of charging that has been done - one time it is at 82% and a half hour later it says it is at 78%. I don't understand why it does this but it happens all the time. I would never recommend this product. Too bad because the ease of use is great. Just set the phone down on the pad and it starts charging.

The problem is it takes some trial and error to get it to start charging with a regular lg speck case. If I try charging it with out the case it picks it up faster but it still requires multiple tries at times....hence the 3 stars.

Just make sure that the phone properly rests at the center and that the pad is on a flat/even surface.
