Must have for any Mseries mac Laptops Provides consistent fast ports for expansion.

Works as expected. No issues so far. Wish it had a few more thunder outputs.

This does what I needed it to do effectively and makes my life a bit easier for working with all of my inputs and accessories.

Works really well. I was able to connect my work laptop and my personal pc to my monitors.

I couldn't be more disappointed. It was received in an unsealed box with no plastic bag or packing material around the item itself. Clearly another customers return this was ordered online. This has to be intentional on Best Buys part. It could not have been returned, put back in stock and shipped which had to be different people, and the fact that it was a clearly unsealed box couldn't have slipped by that many people.

Love it! Super easy to setup, wish I bought one sooner.

The light just stays orange. I've tried 6 different cables; including Apple branded and TB3 as well. I'm out of the return window. Such a waste. (Mac Studio M1 Ultra)

Its ok, it only works when plugged in to the laptop. Meaning the docking station can be plugged into the wall receiving power but nothing will charge or work without plugging it into the computer, not a good feature for something that cost this much.

Computer disconnects needs to be restarted option to work

Incredibly expensive to have such issues. The hub is connected to an M3 MBP and half of the time does not recognize any of the drives, I have to plug it in and unplug it continuously until they are recognized, and even then several of the drives may not show up for 5-10 minutes, and sometimes not at all. Additionally, if the MBP is rebooted, the hub comes up with the amber light on (disconnected) until you unplug the unit and plug it back in and then it *may* make a connection. Those are Belkin's troubleshooting directions for this issue on their website by the way - unplug everything and plug it back in. Sorry but no... Just bought this today and it will be going back.

DisplayPort stopped working 3 months after purchase

It sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. First I thought it was my cables so I bought different ones just to find out it was the dock itself.

I would say that the versatility of this product is not much when compared to others in the same price range, for this high price, you should give more ports

I plugged it in and the power supply shorted out, tripped the breaker for my office, and sent up a puff of smoke.

This is a nice modern dock for powering your laptop/tablet with one TB4/USBC cable to extend to dual monitors, usbc ethernet/hub. Also, there is a front USB 3 type A for charging your smartphone or in my case my wireless keyboard and mouse adapter. I like that it included a nice powerful 150w adapter, so I am able to charge all of the different devices I have from tablet to my gaming laptop. The gaming laptop is getting limited power, but it works. The make is a nice cool metal, so it takes up little space and does not get hot. I thought the initial connection was fast. There was not much delay in getting everything working. I thought there would be some time for drivers to install but it was pretty instant. There is a light indicating power which helps to know it is on. Other than that, there is not much more. I am even thinking of mounting it to the back of my monitor for a sleeker look. Now to some of the cons. It would have been nice for a usb c to usb a adapter, ethernet and usbc to HDMI so that I had all the cables necessary to configure the device. Fortunately, I had them. As for the daisy chaining 6 devices. I can confirm it will daisy chain to another Thunderbolt 4 dock which powered all my existing connections. I see the use of this allowing me to have my work setup and this for powering my personal devices without having to use my work dock or switch cables. A very well-built product at a fair price. I only wish there were different colors to make it more fun like black, white and navy blue. Belkin makes quality products for my experience. I feel like this will last a long time.

Belkin - Thunderbolt 4 5-in-1 Core Hub - Gray I have enjoyed various Belkin products over the years, and this product is once again no disappointment. It is a perfect hub if you have a laptop and want to be able to switch to a monitor system quickly and efficiently. It is small and lightweight, but still has enough power and capability to keep me satisfied as a gamer and a professional Amazon shopper. This product is Thunderbolt 4 certified by Belkin and boasts up to 40Gbps data transfer speeds. It comes with a 150W power supply unit, which is more than enough power to keep all four Thunderbolt ports ready for lightning fast data transfer and charging. I love that it comes with an additional USB-A port to add additional devices easily if I wish. It also comes with a built-in overcurrent protection to prevent issues with power surges. I also figured out you can do what they call a “daisy chain” and add up to 6 Thunderbolt equipped devices. It blew my mind, and truly makes the opportunities endless! We will see what kind of messes I can make with this device as I add onto it with each and every paycheck, haha

The Belkin Thunderbolt 4 5-in-1 Core Hub is an amazing Thunderbolt 4 hub for anyone looking to expand their computers ports. With up to 96W of power delivery, 4 Thunderbolt 4 ports, and a USB-A port this Belkin hub is a great option for expansion. The build of this hub is amazing and feels great and seems like it will last for a very long time. This particular hub is great for anyone who has fully switched over to USB-C or Thunderbolt for their accessories since it is mostly Thunderbolt 4 ports. With only one USB-A port you are fairly limited for regular USB expansion, but if you have a bunch of Thunderbolt or USB-C accessories this is a great option. This is the best thing about this hub, but it is also it's biggest issue, with no HDMI, ethernet, and only a single USB-A port you will need a lot of adapters for your non USB-C/Thunderbolt accessories. The other downside, at least in my opinion, is that the Thunderbolt port that delivers power to your laptop is on the front of the device so you end up with a cord coming out the front plugging into your laptop when it would be better to have it on the back. This would make it so that you can use the front ports to plug in devices that you want to easily add and remove and use the back ports for accessories that you don't need to unplug often as well as the power delivery.

The Belkin Thunderbolt 4 5-in-1 is a solid Thunderbolt 4 hub for your MacBook. I attached the hub to my MacBook Pro 14 M3 Max with a 2TB Crucial X9 Pro and a USB-C to DisplayPort cable plugged in and am seeing solid performance on both counts. The Crucial saw a ~50mb/s drop on read/writes versus plugged directly in. Not enough to worry about in the grand scheme. The DisplayPort cable is plugged into an Asus PG32UQX and I am getting 4K144 with HDR enabled. The experience is fluid and so far I have not run across any video anomalies. My biggest issue with the hub is a problem seen across most similar hubs. Why do we put the cable to the computer on the front and all of the associated end devices in the back? Either put them all in the back or place the inputs on the front. I have yet to come across a use case where the layout as is makes much sense and often find the hub sitting in some crazy position on my desk because the cables are yanking it around. Also, I wish Belkin would have provided a longer Thunderbolt 4 cable, but I am sure cost is the reason for their choice. I had to buy a longer one to suit my setup. Overall, the hub is great and if you are looking for a way to streamline inputs on your MacBook this is the way to go.

Belkin Connect Thunderbold 4 5-in-1 Core Hub This solidly-built hub is a great product for those of us who own one or more port-challenged laptops. With the advent of so many Bluetooth devices, the laptop manufacturers seem to feel that there’s less of a need for lots of ports. Therefore, many of the newer laptops have a minimum number of ports. However, many of us still have lots of non-Bluetooth devices that we need to connect, and that’s where this device shines. This device is powered by plugging it into an outlet and then connecting it to your computer. A nice feature is that it passes up to 96W of power through to the attached computer to keep it charged. So, only one power supply plug is needed instead of needing one for charging the computer and one for powering this device. Less is good! It claims to provide up to 40Gbps data transfer speed and provides monitor support as well. And you can connect to multiple devices at the same time without a problem. All in all, it’s a handy device that’s small enough to toss in your travel bag and know that you can use this device to connect to multiple devices AND change your computer at the same time.
