Great for working out

It's light weight and you can put it anywhere on your arm to suit you comfortably. It also protects your device from sweat and the cords stays out of your way!

Also works great for when I'm cleaning or doing yard work. I always lose my phone when I don't keep it on me and it saves me a lot of time because I don't have to waste time looking for it!

It also has a slot on the inside for a key so I don't have to worry about carrying my whole keyring when out. The armband is comfortable and I haven't had any issues with accessing the screen through the covering while running to change songs, answer the phone, etc.

When I got home it was too large, but useable. So I kept it but would have appreciated if he had told me it might not be the correct one for my version of the iPod.

I am about 113 lbs, and it is very hard to find an arm band that will fit me. I usually have to tie it like a bow tie.
