Prior to having the product she would keep her phone in the cubby while on machines like the treadmill, or the stair climber. I purchased after her phone fell on the treadmill and shot back to the wall behind her. She loves the product, the phone fits comfortably on her arm, and allows her to listen to her music with ease. The product does not disturb her while she lifts and does cardio. The only complaint that she would have is that texting through the plastic cover results to inaccurate text messages, but it is a fair trade off considering the use. Overall the product is very nice and highly recommended for fitness enthusiasts.

I used it frequently since then and it has never let me down. I keep my phone in a case and need to take it out before I place it in my armband. It has never come loose while I was running. My phone was never damaged by the sweat either. I ran my first 10K with it and all went well. Great product at a reasonable price!

I do sometimes feel like I need to readjust but it is not bothersome. My iPhone 4 fits in it just fine without its case. I don't sweat a lot so the opening on the top where the phone slides in is not an issue for me. I am able to use my screen through the plastic, so I don't need to remove the phone to pause or adjust volume.
