Its a great fit on my arm and it doesnt move around or cut off circulation. The only thing that could be bad about it is that it soaks up all your sweat. Therefore, by the end of the run the band is pretty wet.

When running everything stays in place and I can access the screen with ease. The strap and case fit nicely on my arm and doesn't move while running.

Wanted a holder to fit phone including my Otter Box hard plastic phone cover. The only bad thing abt this is that it's not easy taking off and can't use my camera .
