I like these because they are not bulky and provide excellent drop protection. This is my second from this product line. I must say however that there is a difference in quality between the first I purchased a couple years ago and this one. They are made more cheaply now. Yes they were for the same phone. Eventually the old one started making pits in my phone. I guess it loosened up and allowed either skin cells or small amounts of moisture in. They are also prone to discoloration from your skin's natural oils. Nothing is perfect, that's true of this case, it loses 1 star.

I bought this case because it was on sale and I've seen several people with it. This case is very light weight and it slides in and out of my pocket very easily. If you want a case that's a tight fit, this case isn't for you. This case is loose around the front of the screen. I don't like that the buttons don't give any type of feedback. The buttons are hard to press and don't feel like they move at all. I exchanged the case for a Speck CandyShell and it's MUCH better. I had to pay more but it was well worth the price.

I love this case! I bought one for me and one for my sister. Feels great and looks great. One of my favorite cases yet.

The case provides an overall good fit and is fairly slim as to not add too much thickness overall to the phone. There is a slight sag at the bottom of the case, but that could be due to the need for the cutouts for speakers and ports. There is a good balance between grip and slickness. It is "grippy" enough that it won't slip out of your hands, but slick enough that is slides in and out of your pockets pretty easily. The cut-out for the lightning port is big enough to fit my aftermarket lightning cable. which is quite a bit thicker than the original Apple lightning cable. The only reason I took off one star overall and for appearance is because the case is not anywhere near as translucent as pictured on both the Best Buy and Belkin web sites. It is ever so slightly translucent, but nowhere near translucent enough to see the Apple logo on the back of the iPhone. Overall, good case that I'll be keeping.

Upon purchase of the case, I noticed the back isn't transparent at all. Then once I snapped my phone in, I notice the front of the case, surrounding the edges fits a bit loose, giving me the impression that my phone will fall out if I flip it upside down. It's an okay case, but having bought this, and not being satisfied, and then the bumper case from belkin as well, I wouldn't buy belkin anymore.
