But I only bought this because Apple's continuous updates made my off-brand, and slimmer, splitter obsolete. This one is found on Apple's site so it shouldn't become unusable any time soon. It works, but I feel this purchase was coerced. The product however works just fine.

I was a bit skeptical at first about this product but it works great! And it makes me happy that I can listen to music while I charge my phone again!

I cannot play music through Bluetooth so I have to use an auxiliary cord. I heard that people were complaining that the quality isn't that great when using this but the quality that I got is perfect! It sounds just like when I use my auxiliary cord! No fuzziness or anything.

WIht the iPhone 7 (no headphone jack), she couldn't both charge and play music at the same time. On her trip "home" from college, she ran out her battery listening to music and using her map..... No longer. I found this "splitter" and it made all of the difference. Now she can do both....

For that purpose it works brilliantly. Although I occasionally get a message saying something about needing to unlock my phone before the accessory will work it doesn’t seem to actually be necessary. Very happy with the adapter.

I bought AirPods but I prefer corded headphones. $30 has brought me more satisfaction than my $200 AirPods. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max.

This works perfectly. I bought a cheap one online and it sadly is not compatible so I was apprehensive about this purchase but haven’t had a single issue. This does an excellent job although you end up with a ridiculous conglomeration of wires but that’s apple’s fault.
