I purchased this for my son so he could charge his device while listening. When it works, it works great. The design has challenges as he has already broken the product. Could have been faulting in the first place so we are trying another.

Was able to charge and hear my music at the same time

This really didn't do what I was hoping although, to be fair, it wasn't sold for that. I wanted to use it to watch movies stored on an external lightning jump drive while being able to charge my iPad at the same time. It doesn't work for that.

This product is amazing I only wish this would have been available sooner. I have own iPhone 7 plus for almost 2 years and this was a struggle. You had the option for headphones or charging but not at the same time. Now you don’t have to choose!!It’s worth the cost and I refuse to pay for upgrades.

With the latest version IOS 10.3.x -- my previous audio/lightning splitter was rendered useless. i did extensive research, and the Belkin is the only lightning splitter that works. i'm annoyed that i have a audio dongle connected to the spiltter dongle, but thats the only thing that will work.

I use this to run my headphones and charge at the same time. The adapter is pretty robust and will accept an older cable for charging that my phone itself won’t charge. I rarely get the ‘unsupported accessory’ message and unplugging and replugging my headphones always fixes it.

So I’m blessed with an older car but not so old that it doesn’t have an aux import for which I’m very grateful. However with my latest iPhone I had to choose between listening or charging this item works perfectly much better than any inexpensive baloney you can find online I recommend it 100%

I don't have many Bluetooth devices in the house at this time, so the need for audio and charging does come up from time to time. The only downside is that this product is a little bulky, but that's a small price to pay for what it gives you in return. Must have for anyone who doesn't have Bluetooth audio just yet.

Got this handy adapter so I could charge my phone with an external battery plugged into the adapter, while using my lightning headphones at the same time. Works just great. Doesn’t matter which port you use for the headphones, and which port you use for the battery charger. Very pleased.

I purchased this item for my brother who has an iPhone 8. He is an avid user of his iPhone and has been trying to figure a way he can charge his device and still use it. After a few weeks of searching a stumbled on this and ordered it immediately! And I’m glad I did...my brother is thoroughly enjoying it

If you spend long commutes in your vehicle and need to us aux jack on you radio in case you drive an older vehicle that doesn’t have Bluetooth then this adapter is what you need you can now charge and use your phone for gps etc, while pushing its audio through your speakers. Definitely purchase.

I am usually a suspect when it comes to third party accessories for Apple family products, but Belkin seems to have stepped up with a good line of accessories. This one is for an older generation product but does its job and is sturdy.

Without a headphone jack my children are often depleting their batteries on their phones while listening to music during the day. Now they can charge their phones and listen to music, podcasts and more at the same time. It's a great accessory-it does the job-however it is a little pricey.

I've been wanting to be able to use my earphones and charge my phone at the same time, especially while in a flight. The Belkin Lighting Audio with Charge Adapter just does this and it also charges at lightening speed! I liked it so much that I bought another one for my daughter and hubby.
