I’d place it on the charging spot and go to sleep, but the next morning they wouldn’t be charged. I think the problem with charging the phone is the case I have on, but there is no reason the watch shouldn’t connect and charge easily.

For isolation, make sure not to use phone and watch cases thicker than 3mm and should only composed of lightweight plastics. The boxes were open (so they were open box, one was dirty) and was charged regular price. It has been a month and there is times that we have to place our phone several times before it starts charging.

Some nights it’s fine, others it doesn’t charge the devices at all despite seeing the green charging icon. Will be seeking other options for a similar device
