The problem is that this device relies on the Video/Audio services provided by the company/a 3rd party, The audio sessions are timed out and disconnected by the server after 2-3min to force the user to reconnect. I assume this might be the case to keep the load on serves low. Video is sometimes unavailable even though the cam seems to be operational. I would not recommend this device if you need to get a uninterrupted Audio/Video Stream.

Belkin also comes with 2 year warranty,that alone says a lot.Also Purchased at Best Buy because if you need help the geek guy's will help. I can go on about this NETCAM but try it you won't be sorry.

It streams straight to my ipod, android, and other devices if I can't get to my phone its always there on my email for review later

We have tried it on wifi, we have had a 4G LTE connection, but the audio is just horrible. No matter how we attempt to chat through this Camera the audio is glitched and delayed; very rarely does it actually transmit the audio. Other reviews we have read show Firmware updates worked, but we have not experienced this. The audio is just horrible. Had I know this, I would not have purchased it.

I intitially found it at Target but then realized that Best Buy price matches with online retailers too! I love this camera because the night vision is amazing, you can talk to whoever you're watching and it has motion detection and will email you pictures of what triggered the motion detection. You can view this on your phone or computer or iPad with the app you can download. It's very easy to use and the HD version has great clarity!
