OK, I've always liked Belkin peripheral products. This is my first foray into their Soundform product line. So far my experience is somewhere between "underwhelmed" and "mmeehhh"...
Start at the beginning: Packaging was nice, everything well placed, easy to open and well protected. Inside you'll find the usual suspects; earbuds, charging case, USB micro (why not give us a USB C?), 2 additional size earcups and the visual set-up sheet and obligatory warranty/disclaimer info.
Overall, I would agree with several other reviewers that the case feels flimsy, but the earbuds are of decent quality.
Looking at the instructions, set up should have been simple. Basically download the app, remove the buds and it should automatically pair... Well maybe in the AppleLand but definitely not in AndroidVille. I started by downloading the app and after installing it and trying to pair, the app was for the Belkin Soundform Elite product line. This is NOT that product-line. I then went to the Belkin support site, found the link to get the app and yup, you guessed it; the link was ONLY for the Apple whatever app store. OK, that was my first hint to look further... I went to the website for this product and sure enough, it is only approved and tested for:
iPhone 13 Pro Max
iPhone 13 Pro
iPhone 13
iPhone 13 mini
{PLEASE SEE PICS}
OK, not tested for compatibility for ANY Android platform. Kind of a big thing Belkin. People are really starting to use the Android platform, right? I mean it is the worlds most used mobile OS from what I was able to easily look up. And given that fact, there is ABSOLUTELY ZERO mention of this on the packaging. Had I purchased these, I would have felt significantly short-changed by Belkin.
OK, I was able to get them paired manually (no big deal but certainly NOT as instructions indicated) and it only paired one at a time. Again, no biggie but also not really impressive.
Once paired, they were comfortable enough and the sound was probably somewhere between ok and decent. To be perfectly fair, I commonly use much higher end and pricier earbuds so to compare to them is unfair. The sound was OK, decent bass, clean enough mids and highs but the sound felt a little thin. For the price point, that's probably ok.
The sound controls on the earbuds are simple enough, just take a little time to read the instructions, BUT if you are an Android user, at least on my phone the controls worked but also kept bringing up commands from Samsung's HORRID Bixby assistant. While I can't blame these for Bixby's awful uselessness, I can blame them for not being Android tested to avoid this lame user experience.
The features should be pretty decent if compatible but pretty poor if not. The case offers wireless charging capability (pretty cool), 5 hours advertised charging in buds, another 19 hours charge in the case, IPX5 liquid splash resistance rating and 1 mic in each bud.
The things it misses the mark on are the previously mentioned USB fail and noise cancelling. I understand the price-point probably precludes that but if important, I'm pretty sure you can find comparable buds that are noise cancelling and also affordable.
End of the day, they are "ok" affordable headphones for Android and probly "decent" affordable buds for Apple.
I can not recommend them to a friend who may be an Android user and not being able to experience properly with their limited platform landing, I can not recommend to Apple users as I was not able to properly test.
Belkin, hate to tell you but you took a swing but had a huge miss on this one so far.

The Belkin SoundForm Move Plus ear buds come with a charging case, USB cable, 3 sets of ear tips, and instruction manual. The charging case is lightweight and can fit into your pocket. The case is made of plastic and has charge indicator lights on the front. Also, you can perform wireless charging of the case. I was able to fully charge the case when it was on my wireless charger. It also has a USB port if you need to charge it via a USB cable. Belkin indicates that you can get up to 24 hours of playtime out of these. I ran them for 3 hours listening to music and an audio book one day and a few hours of YouTube videos and music on another day without having to charge the earbuds. The audio quality is good. So many earbuds fail to get base correct and end up having too much treble. The Move Plus does a good job of combining both treble and base to get a clear rich sound. There is a microphone in each earbud. The microphones have a flat sound. If you dictate notes, your dictation program shouldn't have a problem picking up what you say, but if you intend to use this for audio recordings just know that the sound is flat and not a rich sound. The mic on my Galaxy S7 FE and my iPhone 12 record a much richer sound. It's not a problem for phone calls but be aware of this if you are going to use these for audio recordings. As far as clarity at a distance, they performed well. The mics didn't cut out while recording audio from the mics at about 30 feet and I didn't have any problem with the audio playback at the same distance from both the iPhone and S7 FE. Both devices had no issues recognizing and connecting to the earbuds. The SoundForm app didn't recognize the earbuds. Maybe Belkin will update the app soon. The only issue I've experienced so far is a situation where the audio was periodically changing from stereo to the left earbud mono and then back to stereo then to mono right earbud then back to stereo. This happened only once, but only time will tell if it will happen again. I'm hoping that Belkin will update the app and make a firmware update available through the app to address that. The earbuds are comfortable to wear and maintained connection to my devices while I was walking around and not next to the devices. I like the earbuds and will be using them daily and I really like that the charge case has wireless charging and can fit comfortably in my front pocket. I would recommend these if you are going to be using them for music, phone calls, and dictation, but if you are looking for something that would reproduce rich audio recordings, as one might when phone vlogging, these are probably not the best option.

One of the biggest features for me with a set of earbuds is can they be used independent of each other and surprisingly these can. I say surprisingly because I have earbuds costing double what these cost that don’t have that feature. And both earbuds have a mic so either can be used for calls as well as music. And when it comes to music these have a nice balanced sound. Even if you listen to bass heavy music I think you’ll be satisfied, they don’t have tons of bass, but they have just enough to where the sound isn’t flat.
On the specs front Belkin states 5 hours of playtime with the earbuds and an extra 19 from the case. They also have Bluetooth 5.0 (but it’s almost 2022 and everything should) which gives better range and stability. I would have liked to have seen USB-C for charging but having wireless charging makes up for its absence. Belkin has come into a crowded field with a solid entry at a price (especially on sale) that makes them hard to overlook.

--- SETUP ---
The Belkin Soundform Earbuds paired with my iPhone quickly. They came pre-charged but I let them fully charge before first use.
--- FEATURES ---
5 hours of playtime, charging case with an additional 19 hours of use, IPX5 rating, touch controls, dual mics, find my earbuds (iPhone only), 3 ear tips.
--- EXPECTATIONS and PERFORMANCE ---
The manual for this product leaves a lot to be desired. Everything is explained in unclear pictures to the point where if you don’t know what certain things are, you won’t make much sense of things. For example, the case that houses these headphones can be charged wirelessly through a Qi charging pad. You wouldn't know that if you’ve never seen a Qi pad, let alone know what it is or does.
I looked for an app called Soundform Move Plus, as per the manual. The App store (iPhone) couldn’t find such an app. The closest thing it found was an app called Belkin Soundform. This is a companion app for Alexa. It wasn’t able to find my earbuds and I wasn’t able to test the “Apple Find My” feature.
The only way to control the functions on the earbuds is by touching the buds themselves. There are no physical buttons. Though this gives the earbuds a sleek look, the functionality and execution doesn’t work well. To pause, I had to press the earbud twice. Every time I tried pausing, it would lower the volume. I had to press the other earbud to raise the volume. It was a constant struggle trying to get the functions I wanted to work when I wanted. I resorted to just pausing with my phone. Additionally, when using one earbud, you will lose control of raising or lowering the volume, depending on which side you are using.
The charging case uses the now old micro USB port to charge. It would be nice if it used USB-C instead, but that’s a minor gripe, as many of us still have micro USB cables lying around and a small one is included. The case itself feels flimsy from the lid, though when I tested it, the lid never opened up on its own. The earbuds are also stored magnetically in the case, if it were to ever open on its own.
All of the above are unfortunate cases, as I do like the sound of the earbuds and the look. Listening to my podcasts was pleasurable. Also, with the right size of ear tip, they didn’t fall out of my ears. I gave one to my dance partner and we listened to the same song while we practiced Salsa and Bachata, two dances that have a lot of turns. Neither of us lost the earbud we were wearing, and they felt comfortable wearing them the entire time.
--- APPROVAL ---
I would recommend these headphones only if you don’t plan on using the touch features and will rely on your phone to pause, raise the volume, or change tracks.

Great easy to use ear buds.
Simple design. Functional and pumps out pretty decent sound.
Setup was a snap.
Pairing with bluetooth was a cinch.
Tap functions are easy to use and work nicely.
Battery life is good. I am on day 2 with 4 hours yesterday and 3 hours today and it is holding its use.
The case holds a charge and has a simple design and all in one package. These earbuds will do the job.
Fit was good, it sealed ambient noise out. Worked out in them with HIIT and they did not fall out. Make sure you try on the different buds to make sure they work for you.
I have used other Belkin products and they have all been good products.
Good job Belkin. Simple and easy to use ear buds.

They Actually STAY in my Ears!

I have not been a fan of earbuds since they came out many years ago, apparently I have some sort of unusually formed ear because other people seem to love them but they regularly fall out of my ears and cause general discomfort just sitting around so I could never imagine being active with them. These are HIGHLY impressive, I actually felt comfortable walking around and cleaning my home with them in and I ran up and down the stairs several times with no issues. I had no trouble connecting them to my phone and then on my holiday road trip, I put one earbud in and was able to listen to my crime podcasts without scarring my kids!

I just received my Belkin earbuds today and I am extremely pleased. The sound clarity is amazing. I paired the earbuds with my ipod touch and the sound was better than I could ever imagine. They were easy to use and I was able to use them in a matter of minutes. The fit is great. They fit better than any wired pair of earbuds that I have owned. After playing with them for a while I was able to get the volume control mastered. The instructions are simple and too the point. Overall I like the look and feel of the earbuds and I would highly recommend them. The price is great for the quality that you get.

These buds are awesome for the price range. Not my favorite but definitely worth the cost. Super easy to set up on my Samsung. They come like most with extra cups for different sized ears and a nice case that also re-charges the buds. One of the best features is that you can use either one of the buds by themselves without having the other one on, my pricy buds do not have this option. The buds fit well and are super lightweight making them easier to stay in place.
The cable should have been a usb-c, everything is going that route anyway. The audio is crisp yet flat. Music isn't very fun to listen to but audio call are nice and clear. Callers on the other end had zero complaints or issues. Touch controls are nice in a lower priced unit but it sometimes finicky.
Overall they do what they claim to do and are inexpensive. I definitely think you are getting what you are paying for here.

These earbuds are a pretty good quality considering the price! The first time I tried them I wasn’t a huge fan because typically this style of earbud doesn’t stay in my ears well and i get frustrated. I tried them again yesterday and was able to comfortably use them for several hours. They seem to hold a charge for a long time and they’re very lightweight. I’d recommend!

I received a free pair of Soundform Move Plus True Wirless earbuds. They were very easy to pair with my IPhone. They came with 3 different size ear buds, but original set was so comfortable I didn’t need to try the other 2. I like that the they have a small oval case. Which is so convenient for charging. The ear buds stay in my ears. I have gone running and biking with no problems. The controls are super easy to use just tap the bud.

These are awesome. Easy setup, dependable, long lasting. The rubbery material that goes into the ear holds them in place far better than Air Pods. I use them when I work out and they stay in place perfectly. They came with three different size options for the part that goes in the ear, and it was super easy to swap between them.

The Belkin Soundform move plus hit a sweet spot with good sound, comfortability, at a price point for any budget minded person.
The case is nice and convenient but straight out of the case the buds connect seamlessly to my phone. Once in my ears they were definitely comfortable and sealed out all ambient noise. The ear tips that were already on were a perfect fit and held the buds securely in my ears. I had no reservations about them falling out and I actually wore them laying down and moving about in all fashions.
The sound is very impressive and compares to higher end brand names. Now the sound does not hit the full spectrum for the had core audiophiles, but for those looking for deep bass and good overall sound these will fit the bill.
I do not use the touch controls very often for phone calls and volume control because I like to see what I'm doing anyway in that sense. But the touch controls may be the only con to these ear buds as it was a little difficult to control the actions that I wanted (volume and track skip). Phone calls are clear and crisp and the other parties have no trouble hearing me. For the price point you cannot go wrong.
