The armband should fit well with the iPhone 7. If it's too tight and the phone has a case, try to temporarily remove the case as the size of the pouch is based only on the dimensions of the iOS device. Not the best fitting for iPhone 6s

Decent Carry Case

Oddly this one had a couple issues that were very noticeable, one being that the corners had no flexibility and would poke into you arm which was kind of uncomfortable and the worse problem was I could not use my touchscreen unless I pulled it out the case which was very odd. With that being said I returned it.
