We bought this to pack for road trips to use as surge protection for cell phones when traveling. One potential issue may be a plastic prong that sticks out of the back of it--that plugs into the lower outlet of a vertical two outlet wall receptacle and the power prongs go into the top spot. That's fine as long as all hotel outlets have two outlet spot receptacles. I think they do, but I seem to have a vague memory from many years ago of being in a bathroom where there was a single outlet rather than the typical two spot receptacle. If that situation is rare or obsolete, no problem. If it's not, then that is a problem for this device as the lower plastic piece also has to plug into an outlet.

I bought two of these for my kitchen outlets. They give me plenty of room to plug in my electrical appliances plus I have USB ports for my charging need.

This is a really great product by belkin. it has nice 6 outlet plus some usb input.

The single screw in the center locks the surge protector to the outlet, GOOD! It still feels a little wobbly even though it is solidly attached.

This is a nice expander and adds the usb charging ports which is like having 2 extra plugs.

I bought this plug in surge protector for 12 bucks. It was worth the money. I just wished that they had another one as there was only one left. I even tried online and it wouldn't tell me where I could order one from a store maybe out of state. Does what it is supposed to and you can even charge your cellphone or tablet. Would recommend this product.

Bought this to use when traveling. It was on sale. It was an inexpensive solution for charging phones.

Bought it to replace my plain old outlet and this is a great device and great value. Allows more devices to be connected all at once.

This surge protector is perfect with the 2 USB charge slots and 6 A/C plug in's. It is just what I needed. and the price was right.
