Poor quality

I have always had great success with Belkin products, but this one is just the opposite. After 5 days of use, the mounts holding the tablet on to the cover stretched out and the tablet "floats" around, constantly having to adjust tablet position to use camera or power port. My other problem is that the stitching is coming out and fraying. I took this on a 15 day cruise and when I brought it back to Best Buy customer service associate informed me that it was beyond the allowable return date. I understand rules, but I was out of the USA when this was occurring and no Best Buy available. I will be contacting Belkin about the quality of their product, as this I hope is a "one-off" incident
