Failed less than two weeks after purchase

It stopped charging my iPhone 16 Pro Max. Prior to the device failing, it was a great investment. I should have purchased this or another docking station a long time ago. I am going to attempt to exchange it at my local Best Buy today in hopes that the replacement lasts longer than this one. I'd give it five stars if it didn't fail.
