I needed an adapter to get my new laptop connected to my home hardwired internet connection. Connected the adapter to my usb-c port and then plugged my cat-5 cable into the adapter- works great, no additional software needed.

The Belkin USB-C/Thunderbolt-3 Network Adapter is the perfect balance between size, portability, and capability. I am getting full 1000mbs transfer rates with the adapter and zeros issues on my Windows 10 laptop. The Belkin line of products are typically a little more pricey but in the long run, they are definitely worth it.

The product allows you to connect to a USB-C or thunderbolt 3 with no problems. The ethernet port works up to one gigabit speed as advertised. The only downside I would say is that the extra thunderbolt port should be made as a pass-through not just power. Otherwise an excellent buy and value.

Great product, does exactly what it is intended for. Allows you to be hardwired to the internet when needed. Great value and is perfect for working from home.

There are times when your onboard network port will fail you, When the onboard WiFi dies on you or When setting up a new motherboard and it won’t connect you to the internet (Yeah you, Asus ROG B550F) It’s nice to have an option to let you connect a physical network cable via usb

I bought two of these for my kids' chromebooks for virtual learning since they didn't come with ethernet ports. I have no complaints, the chromebook recognizes them and my kids can have faster than wi-fi speed and solid connections while charging their chromebooks. Definitely a must have accessory.

Very good way to use ethernet with the newer model laptops that don't have an ethernet port. And I love that it has pass through charging so you don't lose a charging port while using it. It has been seamless, plug and play, no problems at all.

Bought to hook my Macbook straight to ethernet and it works as expected. That's about it. Tried it on my Galaxy S22+ just for fun and it didn't connect for some reason. My other USB-C ethernet adapter from Anker on the other hand works on both devices.

Needed to connect an Apple Macbook Pro to my network. Works well and was fairly priced. The nice feature is the added USBC charging port on the front to you dont loose a port by using this.

Just plugged it in and it worked! This after way too much time on the phone with Apple Care and Insignia tech support to get the other brand I returned to be recognized by my M3 MacBook. I'm currently running the Mac Sequoia developer Beta. Also, Belkin thunderbolt adapters are certified by Apple. If anything ends up taking a crap down the road you can rest assured that I'll update my review (if that's an opotion.)

This item is working great I love it. It was worth the buy but it gets a little warm. You can hold your hand over it and it's just a little tad warm if anybody else is that way

Works well to hardwire a chromecast to cat6 and passthrough Ethernet. Youll need a larger usbc psu than the stock google tv one, though.
