This sounded perfect for me, so I ordered online. When I got the package, it was clear that this was an open box return. No seal on the box and the clear protective stickers were peeled off of the device. It looked ok, so I tried it. Worked fine for both devices at first. Watch part still works, but when I dock my phone, it rarely starts to charge. I have to wiggle it around. It will also randomly stop charging without me touching anything. That happens about half the time. I checked the phone on a regular lightning cable for charging and it was fine every time.
