This product works flawlessly and is well supported by the Wemo App, the Samsung SmartThings Hub, Amazon Echo. By using a SmartThings hub, it will work Google Home. Belkin has announced that it will work directly with the GoogleHome sometime in 2017. The only drawback to this device is its size. It is a bit clunky. Belkin has announced a new smaller version but it is not available yet.

Setup was easy. And the app on my phone works great with it. Great product.

The setup was a bit rough and the app is still subpar, but it works very well, including integration with Amazon Echo. I didn't think it would be an issue, but the large size of the plug is a hindrance - however, Wemo does make the smaller model (for a higher cost, making this a pricy endeavor, but one that is worth it for me)

This works well. I use it for a scented wax warmer. It works well. I had a hard time getting it setup when I purchased the S7.

WeMo works well with smartphone and most of the time with amazon echo (usually have to tell echo twice to get to work). Gave it 4 stars because I think its a little pricey for something that controls one thing but I only purchased one to keep main light on during dark when I'm away & can turn off during day from anywhere.

I was looking for something to help automate some decorations (inflatables and lights) and this has worked great for me. It's easy to use and reliable. I think it could be improved if it used z-wave instead of strictly wi-fi, but that's my only complaint.

This remote switch worked well out of the box. Simple set up and problem free.

We have several of these switches. They are very easy to connect to your home network. I have them turning on devices when I get up each day and turn off when.I leave the house. No more worrying if I left the curling iron on. Programming can be done via IFTTT recipes or through the Wemo App. Alexa can turn them on and off. You can also turn the switch on or off via the Wemo App.

I am very happy with the WeMo Switch. It allows me to program a schedule when my lamp is on and off. Plus, it allows me to turn the lamp on when I am not at home.

It was really easy to set up and was the perfect answer to automatically turning on/off my Christmas tree lights! You have to use WeMo's own separate app, though because it won't integrate with Logitech Harmony (I have a Harmony Elite and I could NOT find any way to set it up, unfortunately) but the WeMo app will let you set up automatic timers so that met my needs.

Saves money. I plug it to my ac cuts on before I come home if I. Leave early or late can change the setting from my phone

Good product, but not as good as its slightly more expensive bretheren, the WeMo Insight Switch. I purchased this to link up to my Amazon Echo, and there have been a couple occasions where it didn't show up on the list of devices. Everything's been running smoothly for a few weeks now, and I just updated the firmware.

The switch worked exactly as advertised. I actually purchased two. I had a little trouble connecting to my wifi network with the first one but not the second. Once I was connected, I haven't had a problem since.

The building I live is kind of old and they don't have ceiling light fixtures so I depend on floor lamps. My daughter had rearranged her bedroom in a way that is not possible to get to the floor lamps without the wires across the room floors. This gadget worked great and she controls it very easy from her iphone. She is happy with it!!

Belkin switch was easy to connect and the app works great with Alexa.

My wemo switch allows me to enjoy outings and and vacations so much more!!! This switch when used on my lamps allows me to turn on my lamps to have lighting in my home on a scheduled timer or just when I choose to turn off and on! No one will never really know you aren't home :) . My mom loves it bc she no longer has to swing by to turn on or off my lights! Thanks Wemo

I bought this because it works without the "Hubs" that are necessary for other home automation products. Set-up was a little difficult using an Android phone. That was due to recent changes in Android and not the WeMo. I was able to get it connected with a couple of tries. I'm using three of these to control lamps through IFTTT and Google Home. Works great!

Great for the price. Was looking for something for my living room light that we can turn on and off whenever. Works 95% of the time. Every once in a while it won't register for a bit. But not a big deal as you can still manually turn the light on and off. Overall happy with my purchase and would recommend it.

This thing is great. It took maybe two minutes to set up and get working, including the time it took to download and install the app on my phone. It worked right away without any problems. Even after switching outlets, it only took about a minute for it to "boot up" again, but all the settings were saved so once it was booted up again, it was working just as before. This is a great intro product for anyone interested in beginning home automation. I've only had lamps plugged into the unit, so I don't know how well it works with other things like fans, or coffee pots, but if it works as well as it does for my lights, then it's definitely worth every penny. The only complaint that I have is that I'm not able to dim my lights that are plugged into this unit. I wish it had a power control that would allow that, but that's my only complaint. I now have set it up on a timer to turn on my bedroom lights at the same time my alarm goes off. It works perfectly. My alarm goes off, and within two seconds, my bedroom lights are on. This is the ultimate product for lazy people; i.e. me. :-)
