It’s works using my phone and also on my amazon echo.

This product is so easy to install and makes my life so much easier. I no longer have to get up out of my chair to turn on the lights. It's also great when I'm not home and is set to turn on automatically at the scheduled time.

Great switch to control most anything that is plugged into a wall outlet. Set-up is simple, which gives you on/off control using your smart device or something like an Amazon Echo.

This is a great product. But keep in mind this is a Gen 1 WEMO plug. I would definitely buy this if it is cheaper than the Gen 2. But the Gen 2 is smaller and stands out less too.

Purchased this wemo for my living room so I can turn on the lights while out of town. I also use this with Alexa, besides my iPhone to turn light on/off when I travel or when I am upstairs and forget to turn off the light.

Love this product. I used it most for my Christmas tree lights.

These are great. I bought two of them and have plugged in lights in my home. They can have different schedules for the week and weekend or be a group. You can turn on and off the lights from an app on your phone too.

I like being able to control lights in my home when I am away. It gives the appearance of someone being there. It can be used to control any type of electrical device remotely so there are many ways it can be useful.

Really like the switch. There is a little delay at times, but that's understandable. Many of the complaints that you see about this product come from folks who have touchy networks setup beforehand.

We love these switches. Created a rule to turn the light on and off at set times so don't have to worry about coming in to a dark house. Have owned this for about 6 months now and have not had a problem. Highly recommend.

If you want to automate your house this is a fantastic device

Easy to setup and works for what I wanted to do. Now turning on the light is easy before entering the house by using this switch. I can see multiple uses for it later in the future. I may be purchasing more of them.

Works great! Works with echo dot so you can turn whatever is hooked to it on and off...the wemo app on android allows you to add widgets so you can also turn on and off lights with your phone...even when not home

I love this product because it has its own application for smart phone and you can mess with it and set up any timers that you may need and it works with Alexa so you can talk to Alexa and make it turn on or off

The device is a replacement for some of my X10 devices (X10 went out of business). The idea is a good one but they are having problems maintaining contact between the device, their cloud server, and my cell phone. It usually works when my cell phone is on my WiFi network at home but when away from home using the cell phone network it sometimes loses contact. It also gets confused if you visit someone that also has the product and you access their WiFi network. It had a problem when DST ended. My lights were turning on an hour early for several days.

I use this switch with my echo. The lamp that is plugged into the switch is in a difficult place to reach so I can just simply asked my echo to turn the light off and on and it works for me. Absolutely love it.

I bought two of these. One worked perfectly out of the box. The second unit would not link to my router. I performed a reset to the factory defaults, and it found the router. After the initial set up issue, both have been working fine.
