The product works as expected with only one small problem. There is a popping sound when operating the product either from the app or from Alexa. When the plug is engaged by the app or Alexa where is the Aiden audible pop. If the popping sound would annoy you look elsewhere for a plug. It doesn't really bother me so I didn't return the plug. Other than that works fine.
