So on those hot summer days where you're too hot to move, but need some breeze going. You don't have to move a muscle. Just ask Alexa to turn the fan on, and the WeMo switch turns it on. It's super fast and we haven't had a single problem with it.

I can monitor it on my phone or use Google home and Google Assistant to control through a smart hub. Once you learn how to connect and name the devices it is like magic that wifi does the rest! I outfitted my house with all kinds of new automated devices that control lights, sounds and even my Christmas tree!

It works inconsistently; mostly it cannot be detected even though it's only 20ft from my router ( my router is an Apple Airport Timecapsule) . However when it works, it works just fine
