Easy to set up no problem at all works like a charm

I've purchased 3 of these now and all are awesome!

Plug n play. Litterally.....works great with alexa

I bought the unit to add a bit of security to my house when I am away. Initial setup was easy and I downloaded the android app. The basic on/off function works fine. However, the app keeps telling me to update every time I connect. It doesn't seem to update despite the fact that I accepted the update.

Easy setup and works great with the Amazon Echo....

It does what I need it to. I already have the WeMo camera and switch which this was just an add on for another lamp attached to my sectional. The thing I didn't like about it was that the plug is so big that I can't fit anything into the other socket as this is in the way.

Works as advertised works great I use it for our patio lights

I use it for a set of track lights and activate it using Amazon Alexa. However, about once a week, it glitches and needs to be manually reset or unplugged to reset it so it responds to voice-activated commands.

I use it mainly to turn off and on lights and other items using the amazon echo. It works most of the time without issues but getting it set up is a bit of a pain as the wemo app sometimes won't recognize the device the first couple of times you plug it in.

Easy to set up once app is downloaded. Bought to put Christmas lights on timer and to control remotely. It served its purpose well, but the physical design is bulky. Glad to see they have come out with a mini version that offer a smaller physical profile

This is the 3rd WEMO product I have purchased and unfortunately it is the worst of the three. The main reason for the purchase of this WEMO Smart Outlet was to be able to use the WEMO App (android) to schedule when the light plugged into the outlet would turn on and off. Simply put the App doesn't allow for the schedule to be stored and is thus ineffective. On a positive note all of the WEMO products did seamlessly connect with my Amazon Echo and Echo Dot so I can control the switch verbally to turn on and off. I have not tried the Amazon App to try and create a schedule.

Use it for simple remote on/off of heaters in s mountain cabin. Works great and supports high current appliances like space heaters. Nice also the integration of the wemo app with IFTTT for pretty cool automation

It is an excellent product but it is also very pricey.
