We value your feedback and appreciate the time you've spent. Give us the chance to make it work for you. Perform a reset on your WEMO.
*Unplug your WEMO device.
*Hold down the Restore button (labeled on top).
*While holding the Restore button down, plug the WEMO device into a power outlet and continue to hold the button down for five (5) to 15 seconds.
*The status light will begin to blink amber to signify it is reset. Release the Restore button. It should take about 60 to 90 seconds for the WEMO device to restore and reboot.
* It will blink blue and amber or green and amber when finished.

I've had to call Wemo several times about it not working. They are helpful but the resetting process has proved to be a short term fix. Sometimes after resetting if will work for a couple of days other times just a few minutes.

Quick to start a smart home
