It works when you take it out of the case. It is easier to use a plug in charger than remove the case. I called Belkin on their chat. That was a waste of time

I will not recommend buying this.

It could be that the phone case is too thick. Our wireless chargers only work with cases which are not more than 3mm thick. Too thick cases will hinder the communication between the charging coils. Dont get this one if you have an iPhone

Called Apple and even though the box claims compatability with all Apple models it doesnt make their list of recomended wireless chargers.
