Bell failed on this design.
I set the combination on both locks.
One would not open when the combination was chosen (always locked, can't be opened)
The other would open on any combination (never locked)
I returned for a refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Unfortunately they were defective and would not unlock, and we had too destroy them too get our scooters unlocked. Very disappointed
