Very unever cooking and non stick coating isnt very good and it starts coming off when scrubed.

I needed a griddle with decent space to sautee veggies & breakfasts with. This works great. It is about the length of my stove top. Pretty easy to clean up. Just detach the power cord and wash down (needs a double sink). <3 it!

I received it by mail with the side grip broken. Return it but never replaced it.

I love this griddle. Making pancakes on it is effortless, the batter pours into nice circles, it bubbles quickly and they taste delicious. I used to hate making pancakes because they never come out "pretty in the frying pan, plus I'd have to deal with the pot. But, I've mastered making pancakes on the griddle and my kids want it daily. Even the clean up is great because I let the griddle cool, simply wipe it with a cloth and everything's off. I wash it afterward just to make sure it's clean-clean.

I have had this griddle now for five months. It is fantastic in every respect. Clean up is tremendously easy (often just using a paper towel!). Do NOT use a spray oil, as my experience is that such oils cause a gummy residue that is very difficult to remove. Peanut oil is my preferred oil, as it tolerates high heat. No major issue with spotty heating. I did a great deal of research after too many disappointments with lesser griddles. THIS IS THE ONE!

I accidently found this during a one-day sale, and I am very glad I did. Pancakes and eggs don't stick so clean-up is extremely simple. If you need a new electric griddle and can find this on sale, this is a great buy.

For the price it works great. The ceramic griddle cleans pretty easily so far.

This griddle makes pancakes and grilled cheese a breeze to make and clean-up is even easier. Quality is fantastic as well but who cares given the price!

This is the first griddle I have ever had and find difficulty cleaning. It was a gift so I decided to try it out. After my very first use and immediate attempt to clean it, I was very disappointed to find that after the scrubbing and all, the stain remained

Seems like a pretty nice cooking surface but it was broken before we ever opened the box. Very poor egg carton style packaging was all the protected the product, it appears to have been dropped or crushed, with the electric contacts bent and exposed; the plastic housing in pieces. Not a good look

Awful- worst griddle I've ever owned. Temperature control is terrible. At first I thought it must be user error, so I have this griddle a chance and used it repeatedly trying different temperatures but nothing worked. It is simply defective.

As usual the Best Buy reviews are unusually positive compared to other sites. Uneven cooking and Not Durable are some of the remarks. Search for B017WASY3U on Amazon to access reviews. Isn't is amazing, the model #s Best Buy uses rarely come up on other sites when cross-checking...like it's on purpose to avoid comparisons...sounds like the marketing ploys uses by mattress sellers.

Quality of product is good, but surface is hard to clean, I usually have the black surface which is non-stick and cleans better.

Half of the griddle runs hot (the side AWAY from the transformer, believe it or not). Even after following the directions before initial use and treating the coating, build up has still occurred on the side that runs hot. The coating was initially very slippery until the buildup started on it.

found griddle to have uneven heat. After about 6 months we now have leaks in the drip tray. Goes in the trash can today. No more Bella products for us.
