I didn’t use cooker much and suddenly it’s stopped functioning, no power is supplied when plugged in.

I love this rice cooker. It's easy to dump water and rice in the cooker and walk away. My rice always comes out perfect in about 25 minutes. I also like that this rice cooker was very affordable.

Love this Rice cooker. It is easy to use and cooks a lot of rice for big dishes and one serving as well. I learned not to keep it on warm for too long. Other than that its awesome! Rice is perfectly cooked if you use the correct water to rice ratio.

The size is really convenient ans its great for making perfect rice everytime. Its easy to clean and a good build. The only downside is the power cord is a little too short

Hard to complain with something that costs so little, is so easy to use, and cooks rice. I've only had the chance to try the cheap bags of white long rice and will say it handles the starch very well, as long as it's rinsed properly first. It's easy to take out, use, clean, and put away all in one evening. My only complaint is I wish it would completely turn off when the cooking is done; you have to unplug it to turn off the "warm" functions.

Very good rice cooker. Just follow instructions and rice comes out perfect as per instructions. Easy to clean, good safe material, overall great product. Makes it much easier to cook rice at home. Great product for daily budget management.

Not being the best cook in the family, admittingly.., I tend to look for small appliances or gadgets which help simplify cooking. This was by far a very helpful and handy little rice cooker. Definitely makes it easier to cook rice and since it can cook up to 16 cups, it makes for an easy, fast way to get the job done.

This rice cooker was the perfect size for our family. Besides the attractive black color the cooker makes perfect rice every time. The rice cooker is also easy to clean. Very pleased with the cooker. A bonus was the great price at Best Buy.

I needed a rice cooker to replace an old one that I have, at one point I was using my instant pot to make rice but it was cumbersome. I missed having a simple straightforward rice cooker. This one is really easy to use, functionality is the same as other rice cookers, I was able to make as little as half a cup of rice, and I've also maxed it out to the full amount. It handled all of it very well. The only thing I will say is as soon as you hear the click sound that the rice is done, unplug it since there is no off switch. You don't want to overcook rice or vegetables in this. The pot that cooks everything is non-stick and easy to clean, although I did notice it does scratch easily when you use it in a dishwasher to clean, so stick to hand washing when possible.

Value value for money it cooks raise very easily. You don’t have to look at it. This is the best brother you can buy for that’s what his money.

Purchased because my digital rice cooker stopped working after a year. I purchased this two years ago and still works great!!! Still cooking rice since 2022! Better than the digital expensive cookers!

Very happy with this. Been using it several times a week for about a month. I have cooked brown rice and sushi rice in it, and they both came out well. The only thing is, you have to watch it, because after it finishes cooking it automatically goes into the warm setting, which I think has the potential to dry it out if you leave it too long. I haven’t had any problems with this though. I’m happy with this purchase.

Rice cooker that's enough to feed a family. Much better than using a normal pot on a stove.
