Functions as in it will toast bread slices. Beyond that, it is just average....meaning feels cheap and poorly constructed.

Toaster looks great!! But the toaster setting is very high. Even at 1 heat setting it toasts up the bread at the highest level!

Works good. But after two toasts it’ll toast twice as hotter.

I've been operating with a faulty toaster for several years now so it was a great relief to buy this fully operational model for use in the kitchen. The toaster toasts bread fairly quickly and has a removable plate to get rid of crumbs. A great buy!

We bought the Bella toaster to replace one that we had for 10+ years that we paid $10 for. Reading reviews we thought why not and it was a Deal of the Day. Bought it and picked it up on August 7, 2020. Last night my wife wanted to toast some artisan bread and it wouldn't keep the bread down to toast, so she left me a note (see pic) as I had already gone to bed. I enjoy a bowl of oatmeal with toast in the morning and seeing the note was stronger than my coffee. Of course wanted to see what she was talking about and put bread into it, pressed it down to toast and within 1-2 seconds the bread popped up. I did this several times adjusting the selector, depressed and pressed the cancel button several times to see if it was stuck... NOPE. It would only toast the bread if I held it down, doesn't that defeat the purpose of having a toaster? Needless to say we didn't buy the protection - One would think a small appliance would last longer than 5 months - Seriously it should. No I don't plan on buying the protection as it's usually a total rip off - Read Consumer Reports. If you're thinking of giving it as a gift and it breaks down, you'll be the one that gave a defective present. That is my two cents or should say two untoasted slices of bread. To be fair I should say that when it was working it was great, did what a toaster was supposed to do - Toast Bread. The selector was great, the additional bagel select was a plus. We really enjoyed using it that's why we gave it an "Ease of Use" Excellent rating! Hope this review helps you when you're looking for a toaster.

Unfortunately, as other reviewers have stated, this toaster does not toast evenly. Refer to the waffle pictures attached. Bread toast somewhat evenly when the dial is at #2. However, beyond it will toast like the waffle. I returned it and ordered a different brand.

This toaster was designed for your Grandmother's slice of Mrs. Baird's Bread and not anything like Dave's Killer Bread, bakery bread, etc... it doesn't fit. On a positive note you have 3/4 of an inch or more of untoasted bread sticking out the top so you don't burn your fingers pulling it from the toaster... SMH

Very disappointed with this toaster. While the slot for the bread was wide enough, the length of the slot will not even accommodate a standard slice of Oroweat® bread.
