The waffles are deep and the maker cooks them evenly.

The wafffle maker was hard to turn, it was like it was stuck

It is a very good machine and works very well but I have to say that it is very deep and I need a lot of waffle mixture, making the waffle very large and heavy

Even thought you can remove the plates for cleaning, there is still an area that is hard to reach to clean. Food accumulates there and its somehow inside the device

This is a replacement for a return, wish it had a temp adjuster but does what it's suppose to do.

Looks nice but burned my waffles. Piece broke off returned immediately

This really needs an off button. If it were to have one it would receive a better rating

It's not as good as my oster one but my kids still love their waffles.

This is ok but I wish I'd bought the waffle maker that turns.

We bought this waffle maker after seeing the other reviews and thought we would take a chance. We used it the very next morning to make breakfast and it didn't even last the first batch. There is a latch on one of the ends to keep the top from coming off while the waffles cook. That latch broke off with no effort and the top could not seal with the bottom anymore. Super cheap. Had to go exchange for another brand. Would not recommend this brand.

We only used this waffle maker 3 times and then the black clip on the front/top of the handle broke off in a triangle shape. When I went to look at the demo at the store it also had the same damages to it. This needs to be redesigned for the clip to be more durable.

Maybe I'm just used to the waffle makers that you're able to flip/turn so that the waffle cooks evenly and throughout. Unfortunately this one did not seem to cook evenly but I may just be biased to the flip ones.

I bought this prouduct in the Montebello location and when I opened it to use it apparently someone had already used it and returned it! I’m dissapointed in Best Buy for not checking the item before it was returned to the shelf! Now I have to waste my time to return it to the store!

You either have to make a waffle 70% the size of the iron or overflow will happen. The overflow of batter does not flow out of the side of the unit but rather into the internals of the unit causing shortage. BBY would not exchange.

It only worked for several weeks. Then it randomly quit heating up. I reached out to the manufacturer to ask them to make good on their warranty. They said they would, but then nothing happened. I filled out they're paperwork and sent in descriptions and pictures, but nothing. I have no idea if this is normal, but clearly it's FAR FROM ACCEPTABLE

Cheap build quality. Bought it on Clearance, seems to be poor quality to the outside and hinges.

Cooks well but hard to clean and the plastic clip broke the second time I used it.

Was not non stick. The clamp broke. It would not open so we had to unplug it. I returned it the next day. The first batch came out hard and almost burnt. It was opened as soon as the light notified us it was ready.

The ad stated removable cooking surfaces for cleaning. Unfortunately they are fixed. Cleaning is a problem. I am now purchasing a different model with removable plates dishwasher safe. I returned this model.

I returned this because the outer case was missing screws so it was separating from the inner system. Was cheap. I consider this one unpredictable.
