I can finally sear a roast on top of the stove, season it and cook it in the oven, make the gravy on top of the stove afterward, and even serve it all in the same pan!! So cool!! And the inclusion of the steamer rack and fry basket make it "over the top!"

Great pan, not great accessories

It matches her other two bella copper pans. The accessories have a very dollar store look and feel. One handle on the basket was broken when we opened the box
