Ok meat slicer

pretty good slicer

Blade is sharp but other issues of quality

The blade is sharp but the thickness adjustment knob is at a spot where the food drops on top of it. It is difficult to clean around the knob. Also the slide table does not come off for washing and is not as smooth to roll. It binds a bit. Overall it has its shortcomings but the price was good at the time I got it.

Great value, cut up 70 lbs of TriTip

It was not going to used everyday so I took a chance. It worked like a charm and I can have thin cut steak sandwiches as I like them. Hopefully it will last a few years.

A good starting meat slicer.

Not too difficult to clean-up, but the sliding tray doesn't pop out (it does swivel out, so you can clean the adjustment plate). My adjustment plate is not parallel to the blade, so I just bend it back a bit. My only con is that it's a little loud. Best way to use this is probably to have all the food you want to slice ready to go and use this slicer in one day.
