Cuts great but lacks features

It really needs a slice catch tray instead of having your hand near the blade. The sliding tray handle was not very steady either when making cuts, I had to reposition the meat and cheese after each cut. Also the power cord is very short requiring an extension cord. Returning this soon.

Good Machine

The only problem was trying to check out, hitting checkout does nothing. Finally after 45 frustrating minutes I got help from customer service. I have cancelled my last two orders because of this and have asked to be taken off their mailing list. Too many other online stores that I can deal with and not have this problem.

This is a piece of garbage

I wanted a small meat slicer for home, the size was right, the reviews were okay, I placed the order. I got it home, set it up and tried to start working with it. It immediately started to drag, I left it to thaw a bit, moved to the small boneless ham, same thing. The instructions say "can quickly slice through onion", the instructions are wrong, I barely got it to the blade and it was dragging. I had just easily sliced off the ends with a steak knife. Do not buy this.

Very cheap made product
