For the price i paid $30 is ok.i cant complain but is not perfect.

I love the slicer !!! I make a lot of beef jerky and I’ve always had to slice the beef by hand. Now that I have the slicer I can slice the meat in a matter of minutes and it’s all the same thickness

Excellent product. This product is only to be use at home.

Don't expect this to be a slicer like the Deli Dept of your local supermarket but it gets the job done. Don't overwork it - slice some meat and then let it rest a minute before slicing some more and it will be fine. At the deal of the day price I am very happy.

Got it for $20 on sale. Awesome item. Have been using the machine to slide raw meat for hotpot. The dial that defines the thickness doesn't not stand well, but I used a cork in the back to hold it in place. Otherwise, no other issue.

Cannot be more disappointed in Bella than with this item. I own various other Bella items (panini press, coffee machine and electric griddle) which I've been surprisingly satisfied with. They are all unexpansive and of good quality, basically a "good value", which i hoped this slicer would be also. WRONG! The blade spins so slowly (slower than a vinyl record turntable as a comparison) that it cannot cut anything (you probably could not even cut your finger even if you tried). I'm used to professional kitchen devices which spins like a buzz saw so the contrast is mind-numbing. So obviously this is a zero star item since it doesn't even fulfill it's basic premise, but I'd dare say it falls in the negative stars spectrum because of it's other design flaws. The place where the meat falls is... behind the unit? Falling on your countertop? With no collection tray or a place to put a plate under? The device is cheap, nearly cartooney, more of a toy made of plastic and quite frankly ridiculous to operate. I did not expect miracles from such a cheap prices but compared to pther Bella appliances that have a cheap price but surprisingly good quality, i was hoping for at least a good "introduction model" for those not willing to pay hundread for a pro model. This is not it... just pure JUNK that i will throw in the trash since my return period is over. I would rate it about -3/5 stars. Never rated anything below zero before... this is just.. a joke. A sour joke

Good slicer, however, the base suction cups do not grip very well.

It cuts meat and cheese well but it is cheaply made. The thickness setting moves as you are slicing causing the slices to get slightly thicker over time. The gear that spins the blade is plastic. It is a bit hard to put back after I took it out to clean everything.

it's a Practical and easy to use appliance. I would recommend it

Good for the price, Cant make very small slise, but still are OK .

Is not a heavy duty unit but does the job for the price.

Got this for me going to help me out for the holidays.

Used it twice, try cooked and uncooked meat, not a good buy.

Bought it thinking that it could help me slice cold cuts. When we tried to slice salami it never sliced the same size, and it ended up just chopping the meat. Too small to be able to slice most of the cold cuts you can het in bulk.

it works very good not to hard to clean just take your time

I bought this for my friend for birthday. No need to buy shave steak, and others no more. This unit can save your money to buy more food instead of having less portions food.
