Overall I’m impressed. The speed of blade made me think it w/n slice well, but it does. The cons are no tray to catch the meat. Not easy to clean. Would like more detachable parts & better safety guards around the blade. Otherwise great slicer for the price.

Only one speed Meat need to be semi frozen to work best There is no weight to the pusher handle so you need to hold it tightly

I bought the food slicer for my sister and she likes it.

I saw this on a deal and I’d always thought about having a home sliver so I went for it. Save your money and buy a higher end slicer and if you can’t justify the cost your not slicing enough. Stick with the classic knife when it comes to this slicer

I got the slicer for a ridiculously low price with gift card. Slicer works well does a little shredding when slicing very thin. Overall a good product if you can get it at a price under $20.00 like I did.

Pretty basic and good at that. A little quirky regarding the dispensing of slices out the back (no good landing area). Clean-up is a bit of a pain since it doesn't disassemble enough to wash/submerge components. Buy at a low price so you are not dissatisfied.

Really nice and solid looking - if only it worked. This product can barely slice but to make matters worse after a few weeks, and three uses, the motor produced a funky burning plastic smell. Great... Tried to return, but it was past the 15 days Best buy gives you for returns. 15 DAYS!!! Will try to reach Bella, but not holding my breath.

This machine is not for heavy duty use. It’s great for small things to cut. Used for sandwich meat and turkey breast. Works well for me and my family.

I bought two thinking I have other items from this brand and they were good quality. Unfortunately, this slicer was not. Most of it is made out of metal but the handle that moves the product back and forth to slice is cheep and dangerous. It does not move back and forth easily or smoothly. There is a small round plastic roller underneath that does not roll very well. The part gets hung up when using with one hand. Not what I want when there is a spinning blade involved. I brought them both back without even trying to slice anything.

I have always wanted a meat slice for myself at home and the price I got this for made me think of buying two at the price it costed.

The food slicer is of poor quality. After several uses, the motor was burnt. It is a replacement of Bella Food Slicer. The first one's motor gear is worn out because it is made of plastic. BTW, Best Buy's customer service is super. I returned it without any troubles.

Really good meat slicer. After a year the settings are as uniformed as they were when it was new.

I had to replace another slicer that wore out after almost 18 yrs. I've like most Bella's I've purchased so I decided to try my luck with this. I wish I would have waited. The price was good, but that's about it. The problem is two-fold: 1) blade runs too slowly & 2) blade isn't very sharp. As such it beats up the food rather than providing a nice clean cut. As someone who used a slicer, I've returned to my knives and this has gone back into the cabinet waiting for the next Goodwill run. I'd suggest a hard pass.

This slicer has mixed reviews but it has been great so far! Cuts just fine but a little tricky to clean afterwards! Overall I am very happy with my purchase!

Good value, but hard to make thin slices with ease. Smallest setting is still pretty thick.

This machine does what it says and more, very sharp but must be cold or even half frozen to work well. Could be easier to clean up.

Previous reviews are correct, suction cups do NOT stick to counter; therefore, it does slip around while you are trying to slice. My mandolin works just as good manually.

I really like the slicer. The only thing is it doesn’t have anything on the back to catch the meat. Other than that it’s a good slicer.

I got a it as a deal for the day, it is like the commercial one they use at the deli, it's good to have for home use.

Bought this for my mother in law’s birthday. Great gift for birthdays, mother’s day, father’s day or even Christmas.
