cheaply made
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the suction cups do not work so it slides on the counter so it makes it hard to us there is nothing to hang onto to help hold it and the little paddle used to push on the meat does not hold it well sometimes the blade pulls it around with it some parts are plastic and cheaply made I would not buy again

almost works god

Used, not new

The unit was not new, but VERY obviously a used appliance that was sold to me as new. This is not the first time this has happened with Best Buy, If I purchase new, I want new. If you sell used, price it as such. I returned the appliance for a refund. I am not sure if Best Buy keeps tabs on this stuff, but I am going to take my business elsewhere. This angers me and it will not happen again. Best Buy rates me as a "Best Buy Elite Customer" They just lost me as a customer.
