hope its a good product I like buying at best buy wanted it for the father in law for christmas

It's OK, just OK. If you have no slicer, and can buy this at a good price, It's a great first step. For soft deli meats it's fine. With a firm ham or pastrami, go slow and it will work. The outfeed is the wonkiest I've seen. We adhered PressNSeal to the backside and draped it across the counter. to collect the slices. We have a 40+ year-old Hamilton Beach that's better made and is more powerful, and it's a "home" unit, too. If you need a serious heavy duty slicer, do your homework. We bought this on "Deal of the Day".

This meat slicer brings me so much joy that my wife makes fun of me for how much I enjoy it. The good: it works great for the things it's designed to cut. The needs improvement: the tray has spots where the plastic rubs causing it to not slide back and forth smoothly and the design of the back makes catching your trimmings awkward. Are you going to be able to slice up a frozen cow with this? No. But that's not reasonable to expect from a meat slicer that was in sale for $30. It will, however, do a good job slicing up a roast, bread, cheese, or vegetables. (try using it to slice up romaine lettuce for your salad)

We used to cut sausage cheese for Christmas party. It cut nice. Wondered how would work on cheese. It cut wonderful. So we had all even pieces.

This is great product for the price. It's easy to operate and easy to clean after using it .it did a great job on slicing bell pepper, onion and cucumber but when it was time to slice sweet potato and the rutabaga it had no power .When it was time to slice the chicken it had no power it was weak I went back to the old fashion way and use my chef knife to cut the chicken up, rutabaga and the sweet potatoes. This one doesn’t work for me.

This is a great kitchen must have. If your anything like my family we usually get our meats directly from the deli fresh as can be. Never packaged. And its saves us so much time instead of telling the bucher how we want our cuts, we just do it ourselves how we want. Just make sure you give it a good cleaning as the grease thats for the wheel is everywhere when you first get it. We also use it to slice cheese and tamatos and whatever else you can think off. Its not to big so it does'nt take up to much space.

You can get through cutting a roast into sandwich/deli slices but only barely. The motor will start to overheat after about 20 minutes or so. Otherwise it works well and cleans up easily!

The meat slicer is good for all types of meats. Quick simple.

Main use is slicing flank steak for beef jerky. Found that frozen steak works best. Machine cuts steak OK, but just a little bit noisy. Works good for this purpose.

I have been using the electric slicer with whole pieces of cured meats but unfortunately have to cut it first in order to use the slicer. I noticed the Large pieces would be sliding away while using. Once I use the small pieces im able to slice properly. Overall it works !

Got this on a deal of the day sale and never regretted it! It works great for a home kitchen and clean up is easy!

Fantastic machine! I use for not only my meats and cheeses, i use for all my produce and fruit without seeds. Clean up is elway easier than I thought. I do meal prep 2 weeks in advance with this meat slicer. Very easy to learn and use safely. Remember safety first, it is a powered blade. But buy and you will not regret. One of my favorite purchases ever.

This is a slicer with a good price. The quality is so so. Just don’t cut the deep frozen meat, which might burn the motor.

This is a great product for the average household who needs to slice foods occasionally but wants quality at a low price!

It was hard to clean, only the blade and the little plastic place holder detach. For the price though not bad.

Works well. Not a high quality product, but it was very functional for cutting muscle meat into strips in order to make jerky.

Great product for the domestic use, very good quality and delivers the performance for the domestic usage.

Very nice slicer, and a great value! You aren't going to slice up half a beef with this, but as far as most household chores go, this will do the job!
